- 11th Hour provides a total 45-90 days of on-site support from pre-implementation to post-implementation support.
- Typical implementations from start to cutover take 15-30 days.
- You get 60 days of on-site support included from 11th Hour with each package. We don’t make the cutover and pack our bags.
- The included 60 days of on-site support is for technology folks and end-users alike. We often work one-on-one with teachers, principals, business office, and administrative assistants during these 60 days. We know you are already busy, there’s going to be some questions, and we like to help.
- We’ll train you (and other technology staff) so you fully understand all aspects of Google Apps administration.
- We offer so much training and support with each package because while Google is quite simple, it’s a different way of collaborating for most folks. We make sure school stakeholders can hit the ground running.
- First years costs are somewhere around $1.00-$2.00 per user. Second year costs trail off to pennies per user.
- Google provides the storage, collaboration, and easy access to documents and collaboration. We make it easy to start using.
- We’ve used Google Apps first-hand as teachers, technology coordinators, and district network managers. We based our migrations, in part, on those experiences.
- While Google doesn’t charge schools for Apps, 11th Hour knows the potential pitfalls and troublemakers in the process. We ensure they don’t happen.
